SHIPPING POLICY

WonderfulSmell ships all orders with PostNL to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

PREORDER POLICY

  • Preorders can be placed for products up to 14 days before the product is in stock.

  • You will be notified via email once your preorder has been shipped.

  • Preorders follow the same shipping methods and delivery times as regular orders.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship exclusively with PostNL. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs checks, weather, or carrier disruptions.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (see current promotions on our website).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

TRACKING

  • All shipments include a PostNL tracking number.

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, WonderfulSmell cannot be held responsible. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • If your package is lost or delayed after being handed to PostNL, we will assist you in opening an investigation with PostNL. However, we are not liable for delays or losses once the package is in transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product at info@wonderfulsmell.com.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Perfumes are classified as flammable goods under IATA/Dangerous Goods regulations. For this reason, we currently only ship within the European Union.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
