You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To return a perfume, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Email us at info@wonderfulsmell.com with your order number to initiate the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Contact us immediately at info@wonderfulsmell.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

    You will receive a PostNL tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Currently, we only ship within the European Union. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the EU due to safety regulations for flammable goods.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You can cancel your order within 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
