At Wonderful Smell, we follow the consumer protection rules of the European Union. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@wonderfulsmell.com with your order number and details.

You must then return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

• You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase within the withdrawal period and return the goods in acceptable condition:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever comes first.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@wonderfulsmell.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return costs and issue a replacement or refund.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or used perfumes (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
